Sowings can be made between April and early July, most commonly May and June. Space 10-15cm ( 4 - 6") with 45cm between the rows. Suffers the same pests as other brassicas.

with deep skin and flesh colour. Excellent flavour.

Outstanding culinary
swede. Good colour, shape and flavour. Best suited for early winter use.
